Shipping policy

Processing time 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During certain periods (e.g. Christmas season), a potential delay could occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays which is outside of our control.

Custom and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delivery of orders may be delayed due to customs inspection and awaiting payment for import taxes. We do not responsible for delays due to the customs process. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates are based on size and weight of package.  Items under one pound will be shipped via USPS First Class Package Service and those over one pound will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Package Service. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will be provided tracking information for your package and most items usually arrive within 3 days of shipping using either First Class or Priority Mail service.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All packages will have tracking numbers that can be tracked using usps.com.  Occasionally a package will be scanned as delivered but the customer has not received it.  In these cases, the package usually shows up the following day.  If your package tracking shows as “delivered” but you have not received it within a couple of days, please check with neighbors as sometimes items go just a little bit astray.  If it is still missing, USPS scanners are equipped with GPS that can pinpoint exactly where it was scanned as delivered.  Still missing?  Please contact us via e-mail and we will see what we can do to help.

Gift wrapping 

To be environmentally friendly, aiming to promote the reduction of unnecessary packages, every order will be nicely packed in a recyclable box. It is gift already. We also provide gift box with a little extra charge. Please note all the products of the sterling silver art collection will be wrapped in a gift box.
