Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us at Rain Designs. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our products.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered”. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have elapsed since the delivery date of your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items. Thank you for your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) when requesting a return.

How can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I request for a refund?

Your satisfaction is our Number One priority. You can always request for a refund.

Reasons for a refund:

• The product did not arrive within 14 days, not inclusive of processing days. You can request for a refund or a re-shipment.

• You received the wrong item.

• You simply do not want the product you ordered. You may request for a refund but you must return the item at your expense. Returned items must be brand new in condition, unopened and in its original packaging.

You have to submit a refund request within 7 days after your order has been marked as "delivered" in the tracking system. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Your package did not arrive dur to your fault, e.g. shipping address provided was inaccurate or incomplete.

• Your package did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Rain Designs Boutique, e.g. delayed by a natural disaster.

• Your package was delivered but you did not receive it. According to USPS guideline, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue by filing a claim for the missing package.

• There are certain items that cannot be returned, such as custom products or personalized items based on your requirements. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Can I exchange my jewelry? 

You simply do not want the product you ordered. You may request for an exchange, but you must return the item at your expense. Returned items must be brand new in condition, unopened and in its original packaging. The quickest way to receive the desired item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if I receive damaged items?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you notice any damages, defects, or receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.
